Organizational Dynamics Simulation

Research simulation is an immersive experience where theoretical knowledge stays on the sidelines, while real collaboration, critical thinking, and decision-making under pressure take center stage. This simulation is designed to reveal a team's potential and help find answers to important internal questions through a gamified format.
"Chimera" is an interactive investigation experience where participants become a team of private investigators and must resolve a complex incident within a limited timeframe.
During the game, teams analyze evidence, test hypotheses, and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
This is not a classic detective game.
It is an organizational dynamics simulationthat demonstrates how information travels within a team and how decisions are formed.

EXPERIENCE FLOW
The simulation begins with a presentation of the situation.
Participants receive an investigation file and begin analyzing information about the incident.
Within a limited timeframe, teams must:
- identify false leads
- eliminate innocent suspects
- identify the actual thief
- open the safe containing the formula code.
Information is not distributed evenly, so teams must:
- collaborate
- verify the facts received
- critically evaluate information provided by other teams.

Most team activities rely on artificial tasks.
"Chimera" creates a situation where teams naturally begin to function as an investigative unit.
During the simulation, the following are revealed:

The format can be adapted for larger groups.

A reflection session can be held after the simulation..
